In most cases, JosefDolls.com will ship your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. USPS Priority Mail is used for most orders, however, in cases where first class postage rates apply, that option may be used, too. For larger orders, UPS ground will be used at our discretion. JosefDolls.com Offers Affordable "Zoned" Flat-Rate Shipping on all Josef Doll orders and is available for delivery withing the continental United States. Don't forget to take advantage of these affordable Flat-Rates and order multiple dolls or a Josef Doll set for your special girl. Please see our rates below:

Should you need faster service, overnight express mail delivery is available to most locations for an additional charge. Please call 989-315-1121 to arrange for expedited service.
For orders shipping outside the continental United States, a postage quote will be emailed to you for confirmation. Upon the customer’s acceptance of postage charges, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. You will be notified by email if any part of your order is out of stock and advised as to approximate availability schedules.
Shipping - International Orders:
JosefDolls.com would love to be able to provide our popular Josef Originals Birthday Dolls to all little girls across the globe. However, with the overseas shipping costs what they are, and the variety of dolls that are available, it is difficult to quote an exact shipping cost online.
Should you be interested in obtaining our product, please email your request, including what dolls you need and the shipping address to firstname.lastname@example.org. A shipping quote will be sent for your approval. Payment of your order will be processed via Credit Card or PayPal. We hope to be able to help you with your Josef Doll needs!
You may return new items in original condition and packaging within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price, not including the actual shipping costs (which is not always equal to the Flat-Rate aforementioned that you were charged). If the return is a result of our error (you've received an incorret or defective item), JosefDolls.com will pay the return shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at email@example.com or call Pam at 989-315-1121 and we'll provide you with return instructions. Once we've received and processed the returned item, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund.
